The DJI S900 Ready To Fly advanced hexacopter has many stand-out features. The S900's 6 rotor design ensures aerial stability while arms and landing gear are made of sturdy carbon fiber, which reduces weight while increasing stability and strength.

The DJI S900 can carry a ~3kg payload depending on its configuration. The frame has ample space to allow for the individual user to customize it to suit their needs, whether it is to fly a DSLR and capture stunning aerial photography (pictured), fly research equipment, or fly a payload across the skies.

The DJI S900 Ready To Fly comes fully equipped with all required accessories, has been tested, and is ready to fly out of the box.

Frame Design

The S900’s arms and landing gear are made of sturdy carbon fiber, greatly reducing weight while increasing stability and strength. This enables a long flight time without sacrificing performance.

Transporting the S900 drone has never been easier, with stow-and-go folding arms. A removable upper center board gives you a convenient, easier, and faster installation process for parts and accessories. A new power distribution system has optimized the performance and efficiency of the S900's operation. Hex-Rotor design in the DJI S900 allows for stable professional flight.

The DJI S900 motors feature centrifugal fans for heat dissipation, to optimize a stable power system while an innovative new arm design with 8º inversion and 3º inclination makes stable rolling and pitching, and improve flexibility when rotating. Retractable landing gear gives you an extremely wide range of possible shooting angles or space for equipment below.

Compatible With Zemuse Gimbals

The integrated high-performance Vibration Absorber Kit prevents any disruption from reaching any gimbal and camera system you have installed, leading to higher quality aerial photography. The DJI S900 is fully compatible with the Zenmus Z15, GH3, GH4, and BMPCC gimbals. A gimbal is not included with the S900 Ready To Fly but we do sell all DJI S900 compatible gimbals and can have them added to your order if required.

Flight Duration

With around 18 minutes of flight time depending on the user setup and battery installed, this Spreading Wings S900 has a solid flight duration. The exact flight duration will depend on many factors such as the environment you are flying in, and the total payload of the drone.

The DJI S900 Ready To Fly includes a 22.2V 16,000mah battery, however, this can be changed to a larger or smaller battery depending on your requirements.

Flight Controller

The DJI S900 Ready To Fly drone includes the DJI A2 high-end flight controller featuring precise GPS, intelligent orientation control, point of interest, banked turn, and cruise control modes. The DJI A2 flight controller also includes enhanced failsafe features such as the return to home function.

Taranis Transmitter

The ready-to-fly setup also includes a Taranis 2.4GHz X9D Digital Radio Telemetry System. This transmitter is an excellent balance of value and functionality, however, we can upgrade the controller to any desired model at your request.

Reliability

While this setup includes the frame with everything installed and ready to fly out of the box, the only thing that may be required is a gimbal if you plan to use the platform for aerial photography.
